The Dr. Phil-Afel Foundation is a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) dedicated to creating sustainable change through education, youth empowerment, and community development. Your donation directly transforms lives in Cape Town's communities through our Valley of Plenty program, Netball Girls Upliftment, Pollsmoor Reform initiatives, and more.
