I provide wellness counselling to children
I specialize in creating a safe and supportive environment for children to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate self-awareness. One of my favorite activities is guiding children through creative exercises like using Jenga blocks to visualize and break down their stressors—a fun and therapeutic way to help them process their challenges.
