    • My approach focuses on fostering personal growth and environmental awareness in children. I have led various initiatives, including emotional development programs through hands-on activities such as planting and mindfulness exercises. I also run our Saplings Holiday Club, which exposes children to unique experiences such as natural DIY crafts, team-building, holistic cooking, and even horse communication.
    • I specialize in creating a safe and supportive environment for children to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate self-awareness. One of my favorite activities is guiding children through creative exercises like using Jenga blocks to visualize and break down their stressors—a fun and therapeutic way to help them process their challenges.
    • I specialize in providing emotional support to children, helping them develop the skills they need to navigate their emotions, set realistic goals, and build a strong sense of self-worth. My holistic approach to wellness integrates emotional and spiritual wellbeing, encouraging children to live with purpose and peace. One of my favorite projects so far was reading the book My Friend Happy with the children, followed by a creative exercise where they illustrated their own imaginary friends.
